Welcome to the new German entry!!!
I'm glad you're on our Forum! :D
I think Gattuso played very well throughout all the World Cup matches, but as far as good looking guys I prefer Matarazzo (and Toni, too)

You know, I couldn't find him in any of the pictures on TV or in the newspapers. Then I watched a video online (gazzetta dello sport) where he shaved off his hair on the plane to Rome. No wonder! ;-)

If you find any videos with his interviews online, could you post a link in here please?

And yes, he rocks! Did you see his photo where he looks at the Cup in the stadium? Sooooo lovely!!!!!

 I don't doubt that there are many funny threads and many of the comments given regarding the World Cup issues were very funny, at the verge of getting a bellyache because of too much laughing, and nevertheless this special post is funny too, to me, at least ;)
And hey, maybe you should start learning Italian?? Think of all the fun you could have here :yes!:

Thank you, Dolce!
I know, I know people keep telling me other Italian players look better but you know, for me it is Gattuso. Or the Cat as I like to call him ever since YowlYY said his name reminded her of 'gatto'. ;-)

YowlYY, I know I have to learn Italian. I bought an Italian magazine and today the "La Repubblica" (sp.?) just to 'read' something about Italy celebrating the World Cup and I long to understand what you lot in here are talking about all the time. I think I'll have a proper look into my Italian lesson books again. ;-)

wow-libri, you know, I've watched him very closely during his first five games. He's a really really good defensive mid-fielder. I like the way he's not afraid to fight for a ball and run after it. He's not like a lot of defenders who are afraid of tackling because they fear getting into trouble for it.
And after the match against Germany, I saw this one photo with an D&G ad in Rome...Eh, yes, I really think he's very attractive as well. ;-)
